Tracking is Easy!
To track your order, please login to your account or set up an account by creating a password with the email you used to checkout. This allows you to log in and receive the most up to date information on your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier update.
Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), so your item should arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Please note: A signature may be required by your carrier upon delivery. Also, at this time, we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Once you place an order, your item(s) are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be modified and can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing an order. Simply create an account or login to view your orders that are available to cancel. If you do not love the product when it arrives, just follow our simple return process and send the product back to us free of charge.
