We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from simplehuman.com for a period of 15 days from receipt. However, we are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from simplehuman.com.sg.

Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
